Ordnance Survey

OS Maps
Snowdonia National Park, Wales
1 December 2024
I partnered with Ordnance Survey to promote their personalised map service, which allows you to create custom maps for any route or journey that holds special meaning. For this project, I decided to recreate the day my partner and I met, walking the same route again in the picturesque village of Beddgelert, North Wales, with a personalised map from Ordnance Survey to guide us.
I merged photos from that special day with video footage from our walk, creating a heartfelt, nostalgic story that highlighted how Ordnance Survey’s personalised maps can bring memorable moments to life. It was a perfect way to show how their service allows you to relive important experiences by retracing your steps with a map that’s uniquely yours.
The content was shared on Instagram, capturing the beauty of Beddgelert’s landscape and demonstrating how personalised maps can serve not only as a practical navigation tool but also as a beautiful keepsake. Shot on my Sony A7 III, the video seamlessly blended the past and present, showcasing how Ordnance Survey’s maps can be used to connect people with the places that matter most.
