Merrell

As the hired photographer for the Merrell and Ebony Hikers group hike, I was excited to document an inspiring day in the Yorkshire Dales at Malham Cove. This hike brought together a female-led community, creating a safe and empowering space for women to explore the outdoors.

Using my Sony A7C II, I captured the group navigating the scenic trails, the incredible views of Malham Cove, and the energy of the day. My role as a freelance outdoor photographer was to document not just the hike but the story behind it—highlighting the purpose of the collaboration and showcasing the hikers’ experience.

This project combined my love for outdoor photography and storytelling, and I was proud to help promote the incredible work of Ebony Hikers and Merrell in encouraging inclusivity and connection in the outdoor space.
